School Vaccinations

Year 7 students will have the opportunity to receive their regular vaccinations at school on Wednesday 26th June 2024.

 

To provide online consent you will need:

·         To visit: NSW Health - Health (service-now.com) (Go to School Vaccination program)

·         Your Service NSW log-in details

·         Medicare card details for you and your child – the name of the high school your child is attending in 2024

 

If you or your child do not have a Medicare card, you can provide consent using a paper based consent form available at the school Front Office.
